I’m Riley, I am a nail technician/artist in the Scottsdale Quarter, Salon Lofts, #15. I specialize in poly gel, gel x, builder gel and especially nail art! I don’t do basic. Maximalist nails, hand-painted art, 3D sculpted drama, chaotic luxury. Every set is custom and unapologetically loud. Your hands deserve to be the main character. - Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit goes toward your final total.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling: • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in forfeiting your deposit. • Same-day cancellations will be charged 25% of the remaining service total.
- No-Shows: • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total. • Future bookings will not be accepted until the balance is paid.
- Late Policy: • Please arrive on time. • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened, redesigned, or canceled. • If I cannot accommodate the full service due to lateness, you will still be responsible for the full booking amount.
- Emergencies: I understand that life happens. True emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
